Conflux respects and values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of Conflux after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install Conflux or make payments, including any in-app purchases in other apps or websites, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via Conflux depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to Conflux.
Information our servers automatically collect when you access Conflux, such as your native actions that are integral to Conflux, including favoriting and searching, as well as all other interactions with Conflux and other users via server log files.
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from Conflux. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Conflux may by default access your Google basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. These permissions are used to authenticate users and retrieve data around channel subscriptions. This information is collected using YouTube API Services. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app by Conflux will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Conflux may by default access your Twitch basic account information, including your name, email, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. User information from social networking sites and streamings sites, such as Facebook, Google, Twitch, including your name, your username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to Conflux.
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using Conflux, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s microphone and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or Conflux. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies in Conflux to help customize Conflux and improve your experience. When you access Conflux, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of Conflux. You may not decline web beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or by modifying your web browser’s settings to notify you each time a cookie is tendered, permitting you to accept or decline cookies on an individual basis.
Additionally, we may use third-party software to serve ads on Conflux, implement email marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from Conflux.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
